Job Title: Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer
Location: Remote
Mission: Own and optimize outbound cold email campaigns to drive high-quality leads for clients, improve retention, and increase lifetime value.

Outcomes / KPIs:
Deliver 100% of contracted email volume each month
Hit positive reply rate targets per client
Ensure all leads match the client's ICP
Conduct weekly client check-ins and respond within 2 business hours
Submit daily/weekly internal reports
Recommend strategic adjustments proactively
Flag upsell or expansion opportunities
Qualifications
1–2+ years in B2B sales, client success, or outbound campaign roles
Skilled in cold email strategy, copywriting, and targeting (Clay, Apollo)
Understands deliverability and inbox reputation management
Clear, responsive communicator across Slack, Loom, and calls
Can handle 10–15 client accounts independently
Takes initiative to solve problems before they escalate

Position Description
Full-time (40 hrs/week), fully remote
Must be available for client and internal communication between 10am–4pm EST, Monday–Friday
Outside of those hours, work can be done on your own schedule as long as deadlines and KPIs are met
Requires fluent English, strong internet, and a quiet workspace
