Mission

Own and optimize outbound cold email campaigns to drive high-quality leads for clients, improve retention, and increase lifetime value.

Outcomes / KPIs

  • 100% of contracted email volume targets hit monthly

  • Positive reply rate targets met per client

  • All leads match client ICP

  • Daily/weekly internal reporting

  • Recommend improvements proactively

Note: This role does NOT include client success management or leading client calls. We have dedicated Client Success Managers who handle all direct client communication, check-ins, and relationship management.

Qualifications

  • 1+ years in B2B sales, client success, or outbound campaign roles

  • Good Cold Email Copywriting skills

  • Skilled in cold email strategy and targeting

  • Skilled in using LLMs like ChatGPT, Claude for ICP qualification, automation, and personalization

  • Clear, responsive communicator across Slack, Loom, and calls

  • Can handle 5-10 client accounts independently (campaign strategy, creation, copywriting, list building, and technical execution - client communication is handled by dedicated CSMs)

  • Takes initiative to solve problems before they escalate

Position Description

  • Full-time (40 hrs/week), fully remote

Important: This is a high-ownership, high-accountability role. You're expected to own your work, hit deadlines, and solve problems independently. If you need constant direction or hand-holding, this isn't the right fit. Exceptional performers have clear paths to advance to senior roles.

Daily Activities

  • Build and optimize campaigns using Plusvibe, EmailBison, Smartlead and other cold email sequencers

  • Create segmented lead lists (Clay, Apollo) and write cold email copy

  • Monitor deliverability, reply rates, and performance metrics

  • Provide daily updates to Director of Outbound and collaborate with CSMs on campaign insights

What you WON'T be doing: Leading client calls, managing client relationships, or handling client success activities - we have dedicated CSMs for that.

Role Structure & Collaboration

At Beanstalk, we separate campaign execution from client management so both are done at the highest level.

You'll own: Campaign execution, list building, copywriting, deliverability optimization, and internal reporting

CSMs own: All client communication, calls, relationship management, and escalations

How it works: You report to the Director of Outbound and proactively share campaign insights with assigned CSMs for client reporting. This lets you focus 100% on execution without client-facing distractions.
